Inspiration
Through Imagine's Software Development Club, we had the opportunity to work with On The Rise, a client providing Community Service, Leadership Opportunities, Entertainment, and Development opportunities to students at MSU! We wanted to develop a website that provides a easy to use interface to allow the OTR Board to continue to grow their organization while continuing to build connections with the community and members.
What it does
Allows the On the Rise board to create, update, and delete events/members while providing the ability to work with email lists for specific events. Users are able to see various informational pages, sign up for specific events, contact the organization, and interact with email lists.
How we built it
Using Python, FastAPI, Next.js, React, Typescript, Github, and Firebase, we were able to add various features while learning new skills.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The accomplishment that we are the most proud of is the learning that we have gained from building the website, from working directly with a client to developing our website in a team development environment.
