OmegaCommerce
Agents that can actually pay.
One stack, two money rails. Agents carry identity on x401 and settle with each other in USDC over x402. When money has to reach a person, they pay out over PayPal.
What it is
OmegaCommerce is an agentic commerce stack built for the PayPal AI Hackathon. It pairs a Commerce MCP server (agent identity, x402 quotes and settlement, PayPal payouts, ledger) with a fund provenance dashboard in AG Grid that shows every settlement on both rails.
Dual rails
- x402 USDC — agent to agent settlement. Fast, cheap, machine native.
- PayPal — invoices and payouts to real people on the PayPal sandbox.
- Provenance — one AG Grid ledger: agent, counterparty, rail, amount, source.

- Code: https://github.com/jamesparser/paypal-commerce-mcp
The /provenance page is the hero. Every settlement an agent makes, on either rail, with the answer to "where did the funds come from."
