After 13+ years of working as a chemist, including time in drug discovery, I was inspired as a researcher to built tools for researchers to support our workflows within the laboratory.
We craft laboratory tools to be used by researchers during the data generation process, which reduces the need for Excel sheets, calculators, pen, paper, and other manual methods which are tedious to draft, highly error-prone, wildly inconsistent, and prolong the entire drug discovery process. OligoTune MSPK supports pharmacokinetic studies of RNA-based therapeutics by automating spectral annotation and complex calculations thus reducing data analysis time from days to a matter of minutes.
Our approach was to build a modular format that can be configuration to meet exact workflow needs. You may liken us to buying a car online. You may pick and choose your your desired features, we build it to specification, and deliver the customized solution. The MVP is currently build in R with a Shiny interface.
Challenges we ran into thus far is gaining access to enough in vivo data to build out and train our ML algorithms.
