Oh Sh*t!

Inspiration

Our teammate has a pooping disorder, and was looking for a way to document his poop life. Bam! 'Oh Sh*t!' was born.

What it does

It's supposed to allow you to record your daily excretion, and document its characteristics for reference in the future.

How we built it

We built it with dart and flutter

Challenges we ran into

We wanted to try something new, so we chose to use flutter as our mobile client framework. We spent most of our time learning flutter and dart, learning how to fix the installation errors from the flutter sdk, so a lot of time was spent on learning and reading documentation, resulting in little development work done.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Designed really nice ui for the idea. We didn't give up on the project and stayed positive while learning and exploring a completely new framework and programming language.

What we learned

We learned flutter and dart in 24 hrs, and the importance of making your apps responsive.

What's next for Oh Sh*t!

Make it fully functional with a user system so that people can share and compare their poop records, and deploy it into the app stores of ios and android.
