What it does
OfferStream is an AI agent for job seekers. It searches linkedin.com, xing.com, reed.co.uk, usajobs.gov, hh.ru, Telegram job channels and company career sites on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and Personio at once. It scores each vacancy against your resume and skips the ones that do not fit. For every vacancy that passes, it writes a cover letter based on your real experience and the job text.
What we measured
On 10,578 applications, a personal AI cover letter got an interview invite 2.3 times more often than a template: 7.3% against 3.1%. Around 65% of applications on hh.ru get no reply at all, so the number of relevant applications matters as much as their quality.
How we built it
Vacancy search adapters per job site, an LLM scoring step that compares each vacancy with the resume, and an LLM writer that drafts a cover letter from the resume facts and the job text.
