Inspiration

We were inspired by the idea of autonomous companies: businesses that find their own customers, serve them, and earn revenue with no employees and no human in the loop.

What it does

Odette is an AI personal shopper that chats with leads like a luxury concierge, understands their needs, hunts down the right affiliate products, and earns revenue on every recommendation — running 24/7.

How we built it

We orchestrated Odette's agents with Guild.ai, used Composio to connect her to the real world (including our Facebook page), and deployed everything on Render — web service, background worker, cron jobs, and Postgres. For the web frontend we use OpenUI as well.

Challenges we ran into

The Facebook integration was the toughest part, and we hit repo headaches: Guild having its own repo caused frequent merge conflicts when cloning and pushing, plus naming convention mismatches when integrating Composio with Guild.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of putting all the pieces together — ads, conversation, affiliate matching, and payments — into one working autonomous loop in a single hackathon.

What we learned

We learned how to build and orchestrate agents with Guild.ai and how to give them real-world capabilities through Composio.

What's next for Odette

Buy the domain, keep her running 24/7, and push for cash-flow positive: optimize existing Facebook ads and prove she can earn more than she spends.
