A ton of college kids love to play a game called "Odds Are?" The idea is simple: The darer asks the dared what the odds are that they will do something (eg. Run around naked). The other person responds with their odds (eg. 1 out of 20). The two then say a number between one and the odds, and if they say the same number, the dared must do the dare. This app incorporates a betting option to offer to pay someone to play.
