What it does
While online websites rely heavily on tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to observe user flows, physical retail operators lose millions annually to undetected layouts friction, congestion spikes, and uneven shopper distributions. We built Ocular MallFlow to solve this. It processes CCTV count telemetry on a live interactive spatial grid to identify real-time density warnings. When bottlenecks are flagged, the platform leverages the spatial reasoning of Gemini 3.5 to suggest physical structure relocations and immediately triggers automated discount codes, overwriting nearby LED directory signs to smoothly pull shoppers away from crowded zones and into under-utilized boutique stores.
