Inspiration

With the recent hurricane in Florida, Hurricane Ian, we wanted to shed light on similar natural disasters that have affected a huge number of people. In addition, October is the month of breast cancer awareness, one of the issues we discussed.

What it does

Our website talks about a variety of subjects, including terminal illnesses, mental illnesses, and environmental disasters. Short descriptions are provided for each issues, as well as links to relevant charities that the reader can use to support victims.

How we built it

We built this website using HTML and CSS. We imported some google fonts and used some CSS styling properties we hadn't used before, such as float and list-style.

What's next for October Special: Charities

In the future, we plan to update the website with other monthly themes dependent on current issues around the world.
