Inspiration:
Humans have natural Doctor Phobia especially when it comes to diagnosis, consultation that involves human touch. In medical terminology early detection is always better than curing. Detecting symptoms and bringing awareness through Bots is one of the best idea for the users to fulfill all the rudimentary doubts/clarifications with out human touch/interaction.
What it does:
User can simply initiate the chat from any of messengers like facebook, or whatsapp, even from slack window from any where with out meeting a human. This should help building awareness, check symptematic, and also check options with Health Insurance companies, funding and also free guidance.
How I built it:
We build Bot on Google cloud platform by making use Dialogflow agent, which can interpret human questions/answers with the help NLP (Natural Language processing) algorithms and bring out the required next-steps and guidance to the user.
Challenges I ran into
Require some amount of experimentation as NLP is an evolving technology.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Built a MVP(Minimum viable product) in a span of 1 week.
What I learned
Found so mcu of scope in Health Industry for the automation, and the remote consolation and guidance.
What's next for OCR (PinkBot)
Can be enhanced as full fledged Bot to understand Oncology jargon and provide better answers to the users. Need to build the required security and confidentiality into the system.
