Inspiration

We noticed that many students and beginners struggle with productivity, focus, and managing daily tasks. Most productivity apps feel complicated or boring. We wanted to create a simple and smart assistant that helps users stay organized and motivated.

What it does

Our project is an AI-powered productivity dashboard that helps users manage tasks, stay focused, and get smart suggestions using AI. Users can create tasks and interact with an AI chatbot for guidance and productivity tips.

How we built it

We built the frontend using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. For the AI chatbot, we used the GroqAI API. The interface was designed to be simple, clean, and beginner-friendly.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was integrating the AI chatbot and handling API requests properly. We also worked on improving the UI design and making the website responsive.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned how APIs work, how frontend and backend communicate, and how AI can improve user experience in real-world applications.

What we learned

In the future, we plan to add user authentication, cloud storage, reminders, and advanced AI features like personalized productivity analysis.

What's next for OceanFocus

We plan to expand OceanFocus into a complete productivity ecosystem. Future updates may include AI-powered study planning, smart reminders, focus analytics, cloud synchronization, and personalized productivity insights.
