I looked at the entirety of the State Department's problem set and realized that most of the problems included a mix and match of the same components. Henry and I discussed and rediscussed overnight and we realized that we could attack many problems at once if we focused on identifying the common elements of the problems so that if we attacked and solved one element, were not not resolving just part of one problem but part of many problems. Eventually, we worked out how to attack almost all of the problems in the State Department's problem set at once.
