Inspiration
Many people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder develop hypoxia, a life-threatening condition involving the lack of oxygen. We want to stop this from occurring.
What it does
We designed a device that can stick onto the chest area, and through 4 biosensors (measures heart rate, blood oxygen level, lung quality based on sounds, and lung volume), the app software determines timely alerts and recommended breathing exercises to prevent hypoxia and further neurodegeneration. Patients can check their vital signs 24/7 and feel more in control of their health.
How we built it

Challenges we ran into
Working and communicating online was difficult through Zoom, but we were able to work over shared platforms such as Adobe XD and sharing screens to continue our collaborative effort. In the end, we were able to work smoothly with our team members and built meaningful relationships!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud that the device can help millions of people who suffer from COPD. Our device and app revolutionizes the market and technology that exists.
