Inspiration
Inspiration
NYVARA was inspired by a real problem: important context is fragmented across conversations, tasks, contacts, files, and web applications. Users repeatedly reconstruct that context before taking action.
What it does
NYVARA explores how WebMCP can turn websites into agent-ready environments. It connects contextual understanding with structured web actions, helping an AI agent identify what needs attention, what is waiting on someone else, and what action can be taken next.
How we built it
We designed NYVARA around contextual intelligence, persistent workflows, cases/folders, action states, and human-controlled decision making. WebMCP provides a way to expose relevant web actions directly to an AI agent.
Challenges
The main challenge is preserving enough context for useful agent actions while keeping the user in control and avoiding unnecessary or incorrect actions.
What we learned
AI agents become more useful when they understand not only what tools are available, but why and when an action should be taken.
What's next
NYVARA will expand this approach across business and personal workflows, communications, scheduling, CRM, and other web-based tools.
