What it does

Provide water-saving plan and tips for customers.

How we built it

First, we conduct research on residential water uses in NYC. Second, we do data analysis on water consumption patterns in NYC during the covid-19 outbreak. Third, we create a website that can calculate the water bill and provide some water-saving plans for customers.

Challenges we ran into

We don’t know how to create a website before this project.

We do our best and we make it!

Collecting data, conducting research, writing reports, data cleaning, presentation, visualization, and create a website.

What's next for NYCwater

We would like to build a mobile app so that our customers have more flexibility to access our service.
