NYC Interactive Subway Station Map for the Disabled

I wanted to make an interactive map that was more friendly for the kids or disabled because a static map could be confusing for some.

The map shows pins for every station, and

I built this primarily with HTML and Javascript.

Since I've never used JavaScript before this hackathon, it was a challenge getting the right syntax.

I'm proud of finding a Javascript library so I can show a map on my website.

I've learned that JavaScript is a powerful language for web development

With more time, I would make the website look nicer and add colored lines for every single subway line to the map instead of the map just having pins.
