We want to make this feedback mechanism more effective yet keep it simple. Also, we believe it will cut down 311 calls and reduce the paper work.
In addition, we are opening up a great opportunity to promote NYC events, local businesses by creating additional communication channel between the New Yorkers and NYC Gov.
