Update: Full A2A Orchestrator Architecture Now Operational

The 403 wall has fallen.

The FHIR Context propagation issue on the Prompt Opinion platform — which originally forced me to collapse the orchestrator-led architecture into a single mega-agent for the demo — has now been resolved.

The original A2A architecture is fully functional end-to-end.

The NutriPlan Orchestrator now successfully coordinates the five specialist agents via Agent-to-Agent communication:

  1. FHIR Parser Agent → returns the Structured Patient Profile
  2. Clinical Analysis Agent → produces the Clinical Nutrition Brief
  3. Dietary Preference Agent → builds the Preference Profile
  4. Meal Planning Agent → drafts the day's meal plan
  5. Drug-Nutrient Safety Agent → runs the interaction check and verdict

This is the production-target architecture described in the submission. Every handoff is auditable. Every output is structured. Every stage is independently deployable.
