Inspiration

Since this lockdown, we were stuck at home with limited groceries and food supplies. Finding recipes that have the ingredients, as we have in our kitchen was hustle on its own, so we came up with an idea of a website where you can find all sorts of dishes' names you can make, only with the ingredients available to you currently to you.

What it does

This website helps you in finding dishes' names based on ingredients. It also provides the calorific value of that particular ingredient.

How we built it

since this was our first hackathon so the best we came up with, in such a short time frame is Nutrino. We started by making those cool food stripes using photoshop and used CSS animation to animate them. Then we made Html and CSS file for all the look and feel, implemented drag and drop using JS. we are hitting filter API of link for fetching dishes' names and showing the calorific value too. Basically we built it with all our heart and love <3

Challenges we ran into

There were many challenges we came across:

Completing it within the time period
Implementing drag and drop
In fetching API
There's was some issues with alignments too

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are generally proud of the way this project turned out. We were able to stick to our plan and built it from scratch. Implementing drag and drop is what we are most proud of.

What we learned

we learned how to plan a project and the process of hackathons. We figure out how important it is to communicate with teammates and work together. Tech-Wise we learned to fetch APIs and implement drag and drop.
