NurtureNest

is an application that our team decided was a niche in the industry that needed to be explored. First time mothers are often given advice from family and do not have many support groups easily accessible, specifically after leaving the hospital. Our application aims to provide aid in the form of personalized articles, a global and localized forum, an external resources page, and an encouraging home page accompanied with daily quotes and words of affirmation.

Figma

Figma is what we used to design the user interface and prototype it. Our application includes a working navigation bar and a carousel slider for the articles.

Inspiration

While our mothers were raising us, they did not have easy access to the information that we have available to us in this day and age. It is also possible that newer mothers would like for an app to be readily available whenever they are in need of help.

Challenges

A challenge that we faced was to select one feature that would seem to be useful but was just better together to scrap the feature and focus on the key components of the application.
