UBC funding for food security programs had dropped 83% during the current academic year

AMS Food Bank saw a 600-visit spike from Feb to March

Our Goal: To help battle food insecurity through providing a resource for students to find affordable food that suits their specific needs.

Backend and developing a mobile version for our users.

I worked with Brian on the UX/UI design of the website. I started with User Research and moved on to created basic wireframes to start, then used Adobe Illustrator and helped Brian with Figma for the UI design base.

Dorothy Tung
I worked with Dorothy on the UX/Ui Design of the website. We first began brainstorming with low-fidelity wireframes, doing some research and creating user personas. I developed the low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity ones and also generated a working prototype.

I worked with Dylan to implement the React based website. Collaborated with designers to determine and understand what we wanted to achieve for the styling of our application. Mainly focused on the deals list, implementing the filter functionality.
