Inspiration

Nursing professionals often face high-pressure situations that demand quick and accurate decision-making. Recognizing the need for a safe and interactive platform to enhance critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and scenario-based learning, we created Nura Care. The goal is to empower nurses by providing them with a tool to practice, learn, and grow through real-world scenarios.

What it does

Nura Care is a web-based challenge platform designed for nurses. It offers:

A card-based system where nurses can explore various clinical scenarios. The ability to answer questions or provide solutions for the scenarios presented. A feedback mechanism where users receive detailed reviews of their responses, allowing them to understand their strengths and areas for improvement. The platform fosters interactive learning while improving confidence in handling real-life healthcare challenges.

How we built it

The platform was developed using modern web technologies:

Frontend: Designed with HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript to create an intuitive and responsive user interface. Backend: A database-driven approach was implemented to store scenarios, user responses, and feedback, ensuring seamless user interaction. Logic: The card flip animations and feedback system were developed to provide a dynamic and engaging experience for users.

Challenges we ran into

Design Complexity: Creating an intuitive yet engaging card-based system that works seamlessly across devices. Feedback Mechanism: Building a robust backend to handle personalized feedback for users. Interactivity: Ensuring the flip animations and transitions were smooth and responsive. Despite these challenges, we continuously iterated and refined the platform to deliver a polished experience.
