As engineers, we've long admired the elegance and power of tools like Visual Studio Code and, more recently, Cursor. These platforms consolidate complex workflows, making developers incredibly efficient. But as we looked at the financial world, we saw a stark contrast. Accountants, despite their critical role, often juggle disparate systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes. This disconnect was our inspiration: What if we could bring that same "all-in-one editor" power, supercharged with AI, to financial accounting? Think Cursor, but for your balance sheet – that was the dream.

What It Does

Numina is the first AI-powered workspace specifically designed for financial accounting. It centralizes all your accounting workflows, from transaction processing to reconciliation and reporting, into a single, intuitive environment. How We Built It
