Inspiration

Lots of people feel really lonely. Physical touch is said to help with loneliness alot. But many people dont have access to it.

What it does

Introducing NUGget, a robot hand that shows affection to you with a few simple gestures.

How we built it

Servos. Many many many servos.

Challenges we ran into

Difficult to control that many servos with an Arduino cause the power supply needed is massive.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Is pretty cool.

What we learned

I hate servos.

What's next for NUGget

NUGget could display/ translate sign language, have more more functionality with 360 joints, be built out of sturdier materials, use AI to play games with you
