Inspiration

Cannabis is a large and growing industry; however, most cannabis dispensaries are so busy worrying about regulations and legitimacy, they have less manpower to focus on a good online experience. We wanted to solve this problem by providing a free, open-source cannabis dispensary website and ordering system.

What it does

Think of it as Shopify, but for cannabis. Our ultimate goal is to have dozens or hundreds of people using this platform, so we can synchronize all of the data across the United States (and beyond!) and build a map of dispensaries using the Nugg platform.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We've gotten to the point that Bolt understands our needs so well, new features will be able to roll out insanely fast. We've also built the database structure to be infinitely abstracted, allowing people to either cloud-host or self-host the Nugg platform.

This is the first release, which is just the consumer interface and the admin functionality. What we're REALLY building is a way for any dispensary to cloud host with us, so that all dispensaries using Nugg will
