Inspiration

Being an adult and an ambitious person, having multiple responsibilities as a son and big brother, I have always known that hardwork beats talent eventually but I suffered a ton of burnouts, anxiety and mostly procastinations on dreams I wanted. Even though I was working before with a company I got too comfortable just earning and got carried away till one day when I was doing some cleaning and I was asking myself that if I sort out my own time management issues, half of my problems would be gone, only if there's an app that would not only vocally push me if I have set an alarm for a task but also send multiple reasons why I need to achieve the goal of mine at the specified time but there wasn't and thats where it all began.

What it does

Nudjr is a revolutionary mobile application designed to be your daily motivation companion. Unlike traditional alarm apps, Nudjr integrates personalized motivational messages, daily birth-year-based quotes, and proactive event reminders to encourage users in their personal and professional pursuits. The app seeks to inspire positive habit formation, turning mundane routines into opportunities for growth and achievement all while using AI. It's also simply a reminder's reminder.

How we built it

It's basically built to be as minimalistic as possible using a .net web api for the backend and next.js for the frontend.

Challenges we ran into

Time and User perosonality factors, Rigid params availability on the AI Apis(meant a long context of driving the best possible nudge for the user),

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Having done the BRD(Business requirement documents) , PRD(product requirement document), Low fidelity wireframes, Backend and Frontend implementations(still in progress).

What we learned

It's a bit more complicated than intended, as different factors came up depending on user actions and changes would have to be made even to the notifications.

What's next for Nudjr

Aggressive building of the MVP and beta release before the last quarter of the year. Beta testing and feedback collections.
