inspiration
onboarding is overwhelming and messy. we wanted to make it simpler and more effective.
what it does
nowacoski creates a clear, personalized onboarding plan by pulling info from Google Workspace, codebases, and online content. codemanagers set the goal, and we map out the steps.
how we built it
we connected different agents with aws (bedrock, strands, ...) and used tavily, mongodb
challenges we ran into
figuring out what info really matters and who should handle what was tough. we also had to work around system limits and noisy data.

we built a working system that produces real onboarding plans. it’s fast, tailored, and helpful for managers
what we learned
good coordination between parts is simple, context is not. context engineering is the most difficult problem for a whole org
what's next for nowacoski
connect more workplace tools, add ways to get employee feedback, and try it out with real teams. down the line, let people use it to learn anything.
