Inspiration

I am inspired by the opportunity to explore cloud technology and developing applications in the cloud environment.

What it does

This app is a simple hello world app build using the Atlassian's forge CLI tool.

How we built it

I have build this application using a guided tutorial for this hackathon to explore how forge quest works

Challenges we ran into

I have ran into some challenges retrieving information from the backend using the requestConfluence module but soon realized that there was just a small bug in my code.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of the fact that I was able to finish working on the Novice application. I am now going to be working on the Apprentice level application to further explore what else I can do.

What we learned

I learned how to use the forge CLI tool to explore how development is done with it. I also learned about the UI kit that is provided by the confluence products and that they have their own version of 'axios' called requestConfluence. There's more to learn.

What's next for Novice: Hellow world confluence app

I will continue to explore this app by adding more features to it
