We wanted to make Apple notes but like 200x better

What it does

Note-taking app that provides AI summaries for easy viewing, advanced voice recognition capabilities, and a simplicity that is hard to beat.

How we built it

Next-level dark magic such as TypeScript and React on the front end, python backend for some reason, and HTML like a boss

Challenges we ran into

The AI integration was quite challenging, and designing the communication between front end, back end, and the database.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Overcoming hurdles, and completing a nice, functional, project!

What we learned

Being relatively new to full-stack development, we learned a lot about HTTP requests such as GET, POST, PUT. We learned how we can create API endpoints for each request. We also learned how to integrate AI into our project as well as voice recognition.

What's next for Notiva

We'd like to add a search feature, unfortunately, we were tight on time. But that's the next thing we'd add.
