Inspiration

We wanted an app that could reduce the hassel of manually selecting and rearranging google calendar times.

What it does

Organizes your google calendar

How we built it

We created our app on xdk using cordova, which allowed us to port it to multiple platforms (web, android, etc).

Challenges we ran into

Oauth 2 was very difficult to use with the google calendar api. We had to try multiple solutions until one worked for manipulating those events. Similarly, we had difficulty combining the large number of components we made.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Made an app with a basic interface and connected to the google api. We also connected this to a my sql server.

What we learned

We learned how to make a multiplatform app, and that projects can be bigger than they seem.

What's next for Notestradamus

We may develop the app on our own time for fun and to see if we can create a successful app on the store.
