Inspiration: Building and going for classes made me go behind on my studies, i was seeking a way to solve that. first i thought about building the ML program from scratch then i sorted for a more efficient way, gemini connection to a pdf web app.

What it does: A web app that multiple people from different disciplines can use. It allows you to upload notes under different departments that the will be created when an upload is made. Anytime you are free you can starch your notes away in this app.

The most useful function comes when you want to read, it is simple to use. Just go to the AI page by clicking the AI icon and selecting which book you want to upload. Next, click upload and what a detailed summary, explanation, difficult area concentration and 10 question and hidden answers test.

How we built it: human written HTML,CSS and javascript was used to write the frontend first then it vite was added for live deployment while testing and then javascript was used to write the backend functionality. I added the gemini -3.8- flash into it as the AI brain and hardcoded specific instructions that it follows.

Challenges we ran into: deploying on frontend and working with free tier gemini was my major roadblock. A single error in my package.json delayed my deployment and the 5 hours cool off/ rate limit exceeding.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: i built something, not just useful to me but useful o a whole lot of students in my area and potentially around the world.

What we learned: I rather expanded on my knowledge of ML and AI integration rather than learning.

What's next for Notes: Adding visual learning aids like pictures, digital flashcards and videos. And then wide spread adoption among students all over the globe.
