💡 Inspiration
We live in a world of "fragmented productivity." We use one app for voice memos, another for scanning documents, and a third for managing tasks. NoteBird AI was born from a simple question: Why can't our tools be as smart as our ideas? We wanted to build a unified hub where your voice and your vision (OCR) are instantly converted into structured, actionable progress.
🚀 What it does
NoteBird AI is an all-in-one productivity assistant.
- Voice-to-Action: Captures audio and gives near-instant, high-fidelity transcription.
- Vision OCR: Scans physical documents, extracting text and structure.
- Smart Refinement: One-tap AI allows users to fix grammar, change tone, or extract "Action Items" directly into a Task list.
- Unified Hub: A custom-built workspace that bridges the gap between a static note and a dynamic to-do list.
🛠️ How we built it
The app is built with Flutter for a premium cross-platform experience.
- RevenueCat: The backbone of our business model. We use RevenueCat to manage our "NoteBird Pro" entitlements, allowing us to offer a sophisticated tiered system (Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime).
- AI Engine: we use specific LLMs for different specific task
- Backend: Handles real-time sync, Auth, and Remote Config for dynamic API key management.
🧠 Challenges we faced
The biggest challenge was "LLM latency vs. User Experience." Users expect notes to be instant. We solved this by implementing ultra-fast transcription and a tiered AI strategy—using faster models for free users and Elite models for Pro subscribers.
🏅 Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully integrated a complex "Ad-to-Scan" system alongside a "Premium Subscription" model using RevenueCat. This ensures the app is sustainable while remaining accessible to everyone.
📖 What we learned
We learned that AI is most powerful when it’s invisible. The best "Note-to-Task" conversion isn't the one with the most settings, but the one that feels like magic with a single tap.
🔮 What's next for NoteBird AI
We are planning to add "Team Workspaces" where AI can summarize entire meetings and assign tasks to different members automatically, all managed via RevenueCat's multi-tier subscription logic.
