Note Sphere is an AI-powered smart note sharing and collaborative learning platform that transforms traditional academic note management into an intelligent study ecosystem. Students can manually create semesters and organize courses, or simply upload class routines, timetable screenshots, or academic PDFs where Gemini automatically extracts courses and generates structured semester layouts. Users can upload PDFs, handwritten notes, slides, screenshots, and lecture recordings, while AI parses, structures, summarizes, and enriches the learning material.

The platform includes an AI Study Toolkit capable of generating summaries, flashcards, MCQs, viva questions, cheat sheets, revision notes, and concept explanations directly from notes. Through “Ask Your Notes,” students can interact conversationally with their uploaded material using contextual AI reasoning. A Knowledge Graph visualizes relationships between concepts, while Note Quality Intelligence analyzes readability, completeness, exam readiness, and missing topics.

A flagship feature, Sharing Rooms, enables collaborative study environments where users create public or private rooms, share notes, invite members, and build collective learning spaces. Inside each room, Gemini performs note analysis, extracts key concepts, generates quizzes with adjustable difficulty, and supports collaborative learning through shared AI-powered knowledge exploration.
