Inspiration
The inspiration behind it was all the online meetings that we had during lockdown,I wanted to know the working of it and how it aids in education
What it does
It is a simple audio and video recording tool
How we built it
I used the technologies html-for creating the basic structure of the website, css -to give it some life and color , javascript-for the functionality purposes and the mediarecorder api to record the media
Challenges we ran into
The challenges faced were i was unable to produce the audio recording tool when the audio option is chosen in the dropdown menu. Struggled a bit with understanding of the api workings.
What we learned
I learned how to incorporate api's in the code and create a tool and also learned time management and a lot more
What's next for video and audio recorder
i would want to make it an application that automatically creates points from the audio and video recorded
