Customer feedback is a goldmine of insights, but reviewing recorded calls is tedious and time-consuming. Executives and teams spend hours sifting through conversations to find critical information. We wanted to create a solution that makes customer feedback more accessible, engaging, and actionable—turning hours of calls into digestible, insightful content.

What It Does

Notable is an AI agent that transforms recorded customer calls into engaging, easy-to-consume podcasts for executives. It seamlessly integrates with call recording platforms, automatically analyzes key moments, and generates a podcast summarizing the most valuable insights. This allows teams to stay informed without the hassle of manual call reviews.

How We Built It

We used:

  • React: for the frontend to create an intuitive and seamless user experience.
  • Supabase: for database management and authentication
  • Supabase Edge functions: for text to speech and podcast script generation
  • ElevenLabs: for high-quality AI-generated voice narration.
  • OpenAI: to analyze call transcripts, extract insights, and generate summaries.
  • Serverless architecture: to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Challenges We Ran Into

  • Had to prompt a lot of times for the podcast script and text to speech generation to work on lovable.
  • Ensuring AI correctly identifies key moments: across diverse conversations.
  • Optimizing podcast generation: to create engaging and coherent summaries.
