Inspiration
Notable AI was born out of the need to make note-taking simpler and more efficient. We noticed that many people spend too much time organizing their notes or forget what they’ve written. Our aim was to create a tool that makes note-taking and managing information quick and easy.
What it does
Notable AI helps you take, organize, and retrieve your notes effortlessly. It uses AI to summarize information, transcribe voice notes, and answer questions about your notes. Everything syncs across your devices, so you have access to your notes wherever you go.
How we built it
We developed Notable AI using Flutter, which allows us to create apps for both iOS and Android smoothly. For the AI capabilities, we use OpenAI, which helps with summarizing notes, transcribing voice, and responding to your questions. To keep everything updated and synced across your devices, we use Firebase.
Challenges we ran into
One of our main challenges was improving the AI’s ability to understand and respond quickly, especially with large amounts of notes. We also had to design an interface that was easy to use while still incorporating advanced features. Ensuring that notes sync perfectly across all devices was another significant challenge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud of how seamlessly Notable AI integrates advanced AI features without complicating the user experience. The real-time syncing across devices and the smooth, intuitive design of the app are accomplishments we’re particularly excited about.
What we learned
We learned that balancing advanced technology with user-friendly design is crucial. It’s not just about adding cool features but making sure they genuinely help users without making things more complicated. Ensuring a great user experience is key to a successful productivity app.

Next, we’re focusing on enhancing the AI’s ability to provide even more accurate summaries and insights. We’re also working on expanding integrations with other tools and platforms to make Notable AI even more versatile and helpful.
