Challenges we ran into

1. PDFs can vary widely in format and quality, potentially affecting the accuracy of Llama Index’s data extraction. Handling diverse document layouts and maintaining high accuracy in data parsing is a significant technical hurdle.
2. Ensuring that ChatGPT-4 provides accurate and relevant health insights from the lab data is critical. There’s a risk of misinterpretation or oversimplification of complex medical information.
3. Keeping the system up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines, research, and software updates requires a commitment to ongoing maintenance and development.
