Northstar Taskmaster

What it does

Solana’s public gauges (slot, TPS, validators, SOL price, TVL, DEX volume, stables, RWAs) move every second. Dashboards go stale unless a human hits refresh. Northstar Taskmaster is a background operator, not a chatbot: it collects public RPC + market snapshots, remembers the last N in Firestore, asks Gemini 3.5 Flash (via Google ADK) whether the delta is operator-worthy, and either publishes a briefing + dashboard or stores a heartbeat.

How we built it

Dry-run works with no GCP, no Gemini key, and no network. Live path uses public Solana JSON-RPC (no keys) plus optional Gemini + Firestore. Cloud Run exposes POST /run for Cloud Scheduler and GET / for the dashboard. Created for the All Things Agentic Hackathon, Taskmaster track.
