Inspiration

Norman was a real person I worked with in the 1980s, although if he had a grand plan it wasn't immediately apparent. I just invented that part. I think. The style was inspired by the UK children's programmes, Camberwick Green and Trumpton.

What it does

It entertains.

How I built it

I put my 40+ year-old cassette demo recording into Sumo and edited some of the best results together until I was happy. The video was built using Hailuo, Waveform and LemonSlice. I edited it in DaVinci Resolve.

Challenges I ran into

Achieving consistency. Convincing AI that I was in charge.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

After more than 4 decades I managed to make the music video that had been in my imagination all those years, and I made it on my own (with a little AI assistance).
