Inspiration

The exploration of 3rd spaces, what I really wanted to do was to create an app that can allow students to host and organize third spaces that recur so people can talk with each other. This is inspired by the less time everyone has in college to be together with diffrent people and the anxiety that hangs on everyone to talk with someone new.

What it does

The original plan was to create an organizer within the hackathon, but I underestimated my lack of experience in Figma and would need to create many things before I come back to this project.

How we built it

I am probably going to build it using Figma itself and iterate there and post a youtube video on how that learning process goes. I went to one socials for this hackathon and that was really fun.

Challenges we ran into

Sleep deprivation & my brother coming over (I called him so not using him as an excuse) but I wanted to spend time with him so that's how my Saturday went away. I tried doing it after he slept but I am too tired to think of anything straight.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

This, I am kinda embarrassed that I failed which to be honest should have been my expectation, but. . . we try. In the spirit of experimentation I also tried some stuff and researched about Figma but I guess I will get more into it now.

What we learned

Things are hard and nothing goes as we want I guess also get like a coffee maker for night.

What's next for Norie

To make it out from just an idea and to also iterate over cause it feels like it could be a cool idea to do, I'll post a youtube video on @j8soham for anyome actually reading this and being somehow interested lol
