What's next for NonQmAgent
Inspiration
My inspiration came from being a mortgage loan officer for the last 35 years. I solved a lot of problems in this app that I was having as a loan officer.
What it does
The Refinance Agent continuously compares lender rates, while the Rate Sheet Agent extracts and standardizes data from diverse rate sheets. The Matrix Agent analyzes lender guidelines for borrower eligibility, including complex LLC scenarios. A "Lock or Float" Advisor predicts rate movements, and the Lender Update Agent centralizes communications and market changes. A specialized New Low Rate Agent alerts brokers to exceptional deals.

Accomplishments that we're proud of
Building out an app that's going to help individuals and the fact that no coat was used it's pretty fascinating.
What we learned
That imagination is more powerful than an individual that has ability to take numeric information into a vision.
What's next for NonQmAgent
I'm putting out a refinance agent that will continuous help out homeowners when looking to refinance or purchase the best rate on the net.
