Inspiration
It all started when we understood that Non Profits are not able to scale their events due to constraints like budget and the limited workforce. Many Non-Profits are complementary to each other in terms of their targeted audience and would like to collaborate with each other to grow rapidly and to be able to serve a comparatively bigger crowd.
What it does
Our application helps non-profits to connect with each other, it is a centralized platform where NPO's can make accounts and can post their events. At the same time, they may also connect with the other NPO's present on our platform. It also provides a platform for the individuals(Volunteers) to create their profile and connect to one or several NGO's. In order to promote volunteers, we have created a points-based gamification system, where volunteers can earn points for participating in an event, these points can then be used to reimburse some gift items. Apart from all these our application provides an e-commerce platform to the NPO's can list their products and sell them.
How we built it
We have developed a web base API with its client-side scripts written using JavaScript, HTML, Jquery, ScriptJs. Our Backend is programmed using PHP as the core language and Python framework for applying the analytics.
Challenges faced

Accomplishments that we're proud of

What we learned
We learned setting up an e-commerce platform, setting up dynamic web content based on analytics.
