Inspiration

I always wanted to connect art and technology in someway, and then I discovered the concept of NFT and Minting.

How I built it

I chose Mintable as my platform and MetaMask as my crypto wallet. I used lazy minting to avoid paying gas-fees. Ethereum was the blockchain for the collection I used.

Challenges I ran into

At first I was really skeptical about the fees part but thank god! Lazy Minting is a life saver! I tried it out in Rarible, but for there were some problems in uploading and refreshing their metadata so I switched to Mintable.

What I learned

I learned how artists can use NFT to keep their artworks safe from prying sources. I came to know about NFT and its significance. I also understood the basis of blockchains and crypto wallets.
