Inspiration

Not knowing how to decline job offers. Looking for solutions and realizing there isn't one place to look through many solution options.

What it does

Based on the the event a user would like to decline, our app provides the user options on how to decline.

How we built it

Using HTML, CSS, JS, and Firebase, we created a web app that dynamically provides users with responses to difficult questions.

Challenges we ran into

As a larger group, we ran into several merge conflicts throughout the development process.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Our team is proud of the app's ability to dynamically pull items from the database based on user parameters. Our app utilizes hashtags to define categories for our filters.

What we learned

Delegating tasks effectively led to better focus and helped produce the desired result quickly.

What's next for Nomo

There are many feature ideas that our team had that we were not able to implement during the Hackathon. Here are a few:

• a search bar to filter through response options
• a rating system to like or dislike responses
• additional filters or methods to sort such as by most liked to least liked
• a user input field so that users can upload their own responses Nomo has plenty of features to expand its ability therefore increasing usability.
