Nomad is Perfect

Inspiration

As a van-lifer myself, I saw a briefing about this app and I was immediately in-tune with the core issues that this app will try to solve. Van lifers need their own space on the internet world, they need to find like-minded individuals and it's kind of hard to do so when you're constantly on the go.

What it does

It will be a place where nomads, van-lifers, will gather to meet each other, date, make friends, and find help to their day-to-day issues, like having neighbors even if you're always traveling.

How we built it

We will heavily rely on AI to help us with the implementation. I use Claude Code from the terminal within the VSCode, and I instruct it to use React Native, C# .Net, Neon (postgres DB).

Challenges we ran into

Integration of revenueCat with Play Store and Google Cloud was a bit tricky! But it worked in the end!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We've got a very good looking functional app on Play Store!

This was my first application, so ...a lot!!
