Nola's funny project

Inspiration

I wanted to make a simple funny thing, and was inspired by the fun animations on the slides from the opening ceremony.

What it does

Makes GIFs pop up randomly on screen.

How I built it

I used c++, my linux terminal, imagemagick, and gifsicle.

Challenges I ran into

I can't make all the GIFs play at once, not without a lot more coding.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I managed to get the thing to work.

What I learned

You can exploit bugs in an application to make your program work the way it should. This is how I got transparency to work in my program.

What's next for Nola's funny project

I'm gonna clean up the code and see if I can combine all the GIFs into one layered GIF that looks like chaos incarnate.
