Nokki - AI Scheduler

Inspiration

Missing 3% of MGMT 200 grade because of seeing the due date wrong

What it does

It is an AI powered dynamic scheduling tool that pulls information from Brightspace or course outlines. It then outputs a dynamic schedule including :

• class timings
• deadlines
• meal times
• study sessions

Users are able to move the schedule around or make any changes by telling the AI. The schedule is connected to Google Calendar but shows on our own website as well.

How we built it

We parsed the inputs from either the course outline or Brightspace into an Agentic AI , then we prompted it to output a schedule.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating the Google Calendar API , making the logic for creating the schedules with the constraints

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Making a good looking UI + successfully getting information from Brightspace

What we learned

LLM's are very unreliable
