Inspiration for the idea came from several papers mentioning application of AI for precision medicine for curing infectious diseases, and the Bio-AI-Covidathon research paper. It appears that the intersection of AI with molecular biology.

What it does

The goal is to collect data from the research papers available to devise approaches, and to gather existing data from a diverse cluster of infected patients. This is based on the assumption that the infection impacts differently with initial data suggesting that certain ethnicities, age, co-morbidities having significant impact. So a personalised therapy model will be more effective than generic drugs.
