#nograinnogain

With the rapidly evolving technologies around us, there is no time to focus on such simple things as food. We might have access to sufficient food right now, but is this still the case 30 years from now? How can ensure that we are able to feed the worlds growing population in the future?

We used image processing combined with machine learning to identify the contamination of different grain samples. We are not only able to tell if a sample is contaminated, but can also calculate the percentage of contamination. With these techniques we hope decrease the huge amount of grain that is wasted right now and supply more food for the worlds growing population.
