Inspiration

The most Expensive any individual, makes in his or her lifetime is undoubtedly the Roof-Above-The-Head, i.e the Home. But currently we're facing many issues in the society for buying/renting a real estate property, likewise Broker fee, hidden charges in increased rate of property, Thus we want to help the society by preventing people by these issues, faced day by day.

What it does

It predicts the rent range of house, on the basis of given data

How I built it

We used Machine Learning as the backbone of this Project, using flask as a miniframework, Training the Model, with Corelation, acheiving the accuracy of 86.15%.

Challenges I ran into

Creating the API, integrating the webpage with Trained Model, Accomplishing the Accuracy for training the model, Data Cleaning, reducing variance.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We were able to tackle all the problems faced during this event, succesfully integrated model with back-end server

What I learned

Integrating API with Front-end, Creating Real World Project with ML and Web Application, Web App Deployment. Team Management. Time Management, Working with Discipline Environment. New Technologies, Work Enthusiasm. Last minute Struggle.
